The Holocaust

My first experience with the cruelty of the Holocaust was through a book called "The Yellow Star". This book influenced my whole life a lot. I occasionly visit these places to rmeind myself, that the nature of human beings is very fragile and the horror might happen again.

Gross Rosen was a forced labour camp, where the inmates had to cut granite stones.

The labour was so hard, that many people died because of the labour conditions.
